This policy explains how Leogo Designs handles personal data on this website and in the tools we run for brands.

What we collect on this website

If you message us on WhatsApp or email, we keep your name, number or email and what you wrote, to reply and to quote for your project. This website does not use advertising trackers.

Data in the tools we run for brands

When a brand uses Angan, Setu, Dor, Hisaab Kitab or Vaani, the data of that brand's customers (such as name, phone, address and orders) belongs to the brand. We process it only to run the tools for that brand, and do not sell it or use it for our own marketing.

Who we share data with

Service providers needed to run the tools: hosting, the payment gateway (PayU), Meta for WhatsApp and Instagram messages, and AI providers that power Vaani's replies. They receive only what is needed.

How long we keep it

As long as the brand uses our tools, plus what tax and accounting law requires. Brands can ask us to export or delete their data when they leave.

Security

Data is stored with access controls and backed up daily. No system is perfectly secure; we will tell affected brands promptly if something goes wrong.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to us below.
