These terms cover studio services (branding, social media, store design) and the software tools Angan, Setu, Dor, Hisaab Kitab and Vaani, offered by Leogo Designs, Satara and Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Quotes and payment
Prices on this website exclude 18% GST. Studio projects need 40 to 50% in advance, with the balance before final files or launch. Software setup fees are paid before setup starts. Monthly fees are billed in advance each month; yearly plans are billed upfront.
Software plans
Monthly plans continue until cancelled. Vaani plans have a 3 month minimum on monthly billing. Angan's share of sales is charged on the total value of orders placed through the store each month, as recorded at checkout, and does not change for later returns or cancellations. Fair use applies to unusually high traffic, and we will discuss a custom hosting plan before making any change.
Third-party charges
Payment gateway fees (PayU), Meta's WhatsApp message charges, domain renewals and similar third-party costs are paid by the brand directly to those providers.
Angan 21-day guarantee
If your Angan store is not live within 21 days, we refund the store build fee. The 21 days start once the contract is signed and we have received your product list, photos, logo, policies and domain access. Any delay in sharing these pauses the clock. Changes requested beyond your plan's revision rounds are not covered.
Your data and your domain
Your products, orders, customers and domain stay yours. If you leave, we export your data on request.
Your content
You confirm you have the rights to the logos, photos and text you share with us. Final studio work is yours once paid in full; we may show it in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Liability
We work carefully, but cannot be responsible for losses caused by third-party services (payment gateways, Meta, hosting providers) or for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the issue.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of India, with courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
