Refunds and cancellations

Studio projects

The advance covers work started and is not refundable once work begins. If we have not started, we refund the advance in full.

Software setup fees

Setup fees are not refundable once setup starts, except under the Angan 21-day guarantee described in our terms.

Monthly and yearly plans

Cancel any time with notice before your next billing date; the current month is not refunded. Vaani plans have a 3 month minimum on monthly billing. Yearly plans are not refunded for unused months.

Vaani postpaid deposit

The refundable deposit is returned in full once your final invoice is paid.
